You can also make pancakes ahead of time freeze portions and repeat in the microwave works.great!

While I am not auto detailing nj, I enjoy making pancakes in the morning. I know you mentioned that you are usually in a rush in the mornings, but having a large griddle will help you make many pancakes quickly, which will cut cooking times. What are some of your favorite brands of flour to use? I like King Aurthor's All Purpose Flour.
