One more thing you can do to cut out some time is to mix everything in the morning before going to work so that when you get home all you have to
do is throw it in the oven. I’ve never tried mini meatloaves, my kids would probably love it. I always use Italian bread crumbs in my meatloaf
it ends up tasting great with marina sauce!
