I try very hard to stay out of the grocery store.
If you need to use up some of those extra cans of tuna fish just sitting in the pantry then try this easy Fish Casserole.
It’s a great dinner idea that just might not cost anything to prepare, but if you do have to run to the store, it’s less than 5 dollars to prepare.
Easy Fish Casserole
Created with a mix of stuff from my kitchen.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 40 minutes
Meal Preparation Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna fish
- 1 can peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. of potato chips, crushed up
- 1 pkg cooked egg noodles
Meal Preparation Directions:
- Mix tunas, peas, soup and noodles.
- Put in buttered casserole dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle crushed chips on top.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
Meal Assembly:
Serves 4-6. Add a can of peaches and pears for a quick casserole dish that is simple, healthy and an inexpensive family meal.
TIP: Make 2 batches, cook one and freeze the other for a make ahead freezer meal next week.

I was so looking for a good recipe lastnight as I was being kinda lazy and not really wanting to cook. This recipe looked good and filling so we gave it a try. My family loved it. It had a great taste to it. I did make one change to it though, before I added the chips I put greated cheese then the chips. It was an excellent dinner and we enjoyed it and there was no real work for me!!! Thanks!!!!
