Im cooking a recipe but need more sticks of butter than I have and have had meningitis for the last year no way to go to the store. Is it possible to use Country Crock soft butter in place of the butter sticks?

Ya, I know how that goes my family has had to digest many meal mess-ups. Thanks for the cookie tip, I'll add it to the list I'm currently working on.

Thank you for the helpfuk tips. I always tend to oversalt my food so now thanks to you I cn rescue it and my family not have to gag down food that is too salty. You also asked for tips and one tip that I have is if your cookies go rock hard to seal them in an airtight container with a piece of bread and it makes them soft again. Thanks for the useful tips can't wait til next week to see what other one's you have.
